- Has been a part of all the four Ninja Wars and has emerged victorious.
- Entrusted by Tobirama Senju to act as the Third Hokage during the First Ninja War. He was around the same age as Minato at that time.
- Handled Orochimaru and reincarnated First and Second Hokage all at once. I admit that the two hokages weren’t resurrected at full power but Hiruzen was himself very old and thus, it was too much to ask.
- Didn’t possess Hagoromo, Indra or Ashura’s chakra and yet revered as the God of all Shinobi really says a lot.
- Iruka mentioned that Hiruzen was the strongest Hokage and the strongest Kage of his generation in his prime.
- Stopped Orochimaru by taking away his arms. Kakashi was sweating like crazy against Orochimaru.
- Trained the legendary Sannin, each one of them a potential Hokage. The Sannin then trained Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura.
- The Young: Kakashi Hatake a.k.a. Kakashi of the Sharingan
- As per the databook, he also can use all the five elements.
- Has low chakra reserves but immense chakra control.
- Is smart when it comes to espionage tactics and using shadow clones.
- Taught Chidori to Sasuke and gave invaluable inputs to Naruto which helped him to master Rasen-shuriken.
- Is a great strategist and fought against Obito at par.
- Instrumental in achieving victory during The Third and Fourth Shinobi War.
- Knows how to use both the Sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan even though he is a non Uchiha as well as the Rasengan.
- Became a jonin at just 13. Had an exceptional track record as the Anbu Captain.
It is safe to say that the Third is much stronger because of more achievements under his belt, that battle against Orochimaru, training the likes of Sannin and being revered as the God. He also had a stronger summoning - Monkey King Enma.
